One month progress: started OCM and stopped using CeraVe in the tub on my face : r/SkincareAddiction

Why is cerave pm doing this? Woke up to tons of pimples and some redness : r/Rosacea
I used head and shoulders and cerave for 2 days and it's just WOW, most of the bumps are gone all that's left is to clean up those dark spots, any suggestions? :
